Creates a new owning snapshot.

cleaner - a cleaner to register the destructor

a new owning snapshot proxy

createFork

Fork createFork(long nativeHandle,
                Cleaner cleaner)

Creates a new owning fork.

Parameters:

nativeHandle - a handle to the native fork object

cleaner - a cleaner to register the destructor
